You can track custom event using Google analytics, consider to hire a dev to do this if you are not familiar with javascript. I have a code generator that will send the unique activation codes, on demand via API to SS with the customer checking out being the trigger. Is this possible to do? So, in addition to pulling in the activation codes I need SS to provide total order unit qty and ideally, also the order and email address to the code generator. What do you think?

Squarespace would just not handle that. You could take a donation via the donation block, then have the email they get direct them to the embed.
