Ms office files download as read only






















When opening Office files, you may experience files are opening as read-only unexpectedly. This issue most commonly impacts Excel and Word in Version Build Sometimes this issue manifests after you attempt to sync a document that requires check-in on OneDrive.

Block download is available for view-only sharing links to Office documents and other file types, such as PDFs, images, audio, and other non-text and non-video file formats.
